WHOLESALE TERMS

The minimum first order amount is $500.00. There are no minimums on re-orders thereafter.

 

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Chase QuickPay and Stripe. Please be advised that we do not call for nor do we take credit card numbers over the phone.

We require full payment before the items will be shipped. Shipping is usually within 2-4 weeks from confirmation of order.

Shipping and handling charges are the customer’s responsibility. We will provide a shipping quote before the items are shipped. We typically use USPS, UPS or FedEx, but you may also request to use your own shipping company, if you prefer.

• Upon receiving items, you have seven days to report defective or damaged shipments.
• All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges on orders.
• Many of our items are crafted by hand, please be aware that variations in products can occur.
 

INTERNET MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (IMAP) POLICY

With respect to the customers’ advertising over the Internet of products supplied by Global Attic LLC:
Each Global Attic LLC customer remains free to establish its own resale prices. However, a customer may not (a) advertise or otherwise promote Global Attic LLC products over the Internet at a net price (final price paid net of any discounts, coupons, promotions) that is less than the Internet Minimum Advertised Price (IMAP) established by Global Attic LLC or (b) sell Global Attic LLC products to any other person who advertises or otherwise promotes Global Attic LLC products over the Internet at a net price less than the IMAP established by Global Attic LLC.

If a customer violates this IMAP policy, Global Attic LLC will request the customer to cease advertising or promoting products on the Internet in violation of its IMAP policy. In addition, Global Attic LLC will cease to accept from and/or ship orders for said customer.

After receiving the wholesale form, the customer will be contacted to learn what items are of interest. A price quote with delivery estimates will then be provided so that the customer can finalize and pay for the order. The order items will be shipped out according to availability.
