Cuban Painting - "Bachue"

Incredible signed and dated 1963 watercolor or gouache by Cuban artist, Julio Castaño titled "Bachué." The back of the painting bears a stamp (in Spanish) from the National Museum of Cuba indicating that the work is authorized for export.

The painting was executed on a watercolor-style paper and was rolled up for several years. Backed (not adhered to) with foam core for ease of display. The edges and the corners show a fair amount of wear. However, the item is in great shape and is awaiting a frame of your choice!

Approx 19 5/8" by 27 3/8".
